Who we are
Fly Cape Safari runs this website (flycapesafari.com), a guide to activities in and around Cape Town, South Africa. Registered company details will be added here. Contact: info@flycapesafari.com, WhatsApp +90 537 254 22 22.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact or call-back forms: your name, email address and/or phone number, preferred date, number of guests, your message, the language you used and the page you sent it from. We do not ask for payment details.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to put you in touch with an activity operator. We use your details on the basis of your consent and to take the steps you ask for before a booking.
Where it is kept
Your message goes to our mailbox and is stored in the website database. Both are hosted by Hostinger in a data centre in the European Union. We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.
Who we share it with
We never sell your details. We share them with an activity operator only when you ask us to connect you. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes the messages under its own terms.
Cookies and analytics
The site needs no cookies to work. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, but only after you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by writing to info@flycapesafari.com. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za) or to the data protection authority in your country.
